Easter Sunrise Service Prelude at Local Churches
The 33rd Community Easter Sunrise Service features the Senior High Choir of Green Street Baptist, responses by the Congregation, invocation by Rev. D A Dawalt, resurrection scripture read by Rev. G R Barringer, handbell choir performing Ode to Joy, the anthem All in the Morning, Easter message by Dr. L H Hollingsworth, and benediction by Rev. Worth Pugh. The Choral Response Threefold Amen closes the service, broadcast on WHPE for shut ins.
