Tarboro April 5 A boy missing from Wisconsin in 1926 at age 16 was identified as Elmer Hoeth of La Crosse. After seven years wandering and amnesia he was returned to his sister Miss Eloise Hoeth who had him brought to Tarboro. He had traveled across the United States and Canada and endured a severe injury in a Canadian coal mine before authorities learned his true name.
