Miss Margaret L. Leithiser daughter of James B. Leithiser wed Charles Edwin Dearnley of Philadelphia at her father’s Hershey home at noon. The ceremony largely Episcopal featured a ring ritual as guests included Mr. M. S. Hershey and Rev. N. L. Linebaugh. The couple left for Pittsburg then Chicago on a two month journey via Yellowstone and California Gulf coast and the Panama Canal.
The Hershey Employment Bureau, supervised by Mr. M. Hershey, operates 8 to 6 daily and 8 to 12 Saturdays, serving as a central job clearinghouse for Hershey interests. It records every applicant, seeks suitable placements, issues about 15 000 cards, invites visitors, and aims to uplift local labor via fair access and employer-oriented placement.
Forty two members of the Hershey Chocolate Company office force led by D C Giles enjoyed a Saturday outing despite rain. They moved to Rising Sun Hotel Campbelltown where a 500 tournament and a full menu followed speeches and music. Prizes awarded include Clarence Jones for first gentleman, William Curtis consolation, Elizabeth Mumma first lady, Elizabeth Grove consolation.
Five vaudeville acts perform at Hershey Park Theater this week led by Newport and Stirk. George Martin Lexey Q Gannar My and Mrs Edwin Felix and Carson and Willard also appear. Attendance is expected to be strong as performances are praised.

Nye-Evans Rav Uaroy Kottler of Harshey united in marriage Miia Mahal Mie Evang, daughter of Edwin Frana of Palmyra RW, DD, at a private ceremony conducted at the parsonage.
The Hershey Band’s summer season has pleased crowds with excellent programs under Director Pease. For the upcoming weekend and Labor Day there are two concerts on Labor Day and special programs Saturday and Sunday detailed in the notice.
Miller's Jubilee Singers headline Labor Day at Hershey Park Theater on Monday September 6. They perform scenes from the prewar South with a Grand Chorus of Southern Melodies and a plantation sequence featuring Uncle Ephraham Aunt Chlora and the Pickaninnies, ending with The Old Flag Never Touched the Ground. The group has prior engagements at Central Park Allentown and Island Park Easton and aims for a new entertainment class after summer stock.

The board of the First United Brethren Church voted unanimously Tuesday night to reappoint Rev N I Linebaugh as pastor. After three years of steady growth the Hershey church has gained a strong conference reputation, and the community supports his continuation.
The Russell followers plan a post office for the Bible Conference next week using the Park post office built in June for the Brethren convention. It will handle convention mail only and be distributed by conference clerks. About fifteen hundred attendees expected.
The new store window displays began yesterday and should be completed by week’s end. The updated exhibits draw much attention as people stop to admire the attractive designs already marked by the change.
