Hershey Over the Top for Fourth Liberty Loan
Hershey and environs subscribed 704000 dollars to the Fourth Liberty Loan, exceeding the 331890 dollar allotment. The Community Honor Flag in the Hershey Trust Company Building bears two stars for doubling quota and 50 percent excess. More than 7100 subscribers, about 300 more than the Third Loan. General Committee led by M. S. Hershey thanks all committees for a successful campaign.
