Record Hike From Hershey to Reading by Swarts and Miner
A hiking party led by Mimer Swarts and Paul Miner departed Hershey at 11 PM Saturday, walked through the night and reached Reading by 10.20 AM Sunday, then returned on the 4:18 Reading Railroad train. Ralph Imboden started but left near Womola dorf and went home. The group finished in good shape though fatigued for days.
