Hershey Department Store will refund one half of round trip fare to customers from Palmyra Hummelstown Campbelltown Annville and Elizabeth town who present a one dollar purchase sales check at the Hershey store office. The offer runs March 9 to March 30 as a spring promotion for a metropolitan level stock and fashion event.

The Hershey Y W C A held its annual meeting on February 28 with a large turnout. After the business session, directors were elected and a program featured piano solos by Mrs. J Landis Zimmerman, a discussion on Food Conservation and Substitution, vocal solos by Miss L Beahl, and talks by Sergts Davies and Nolan from the Aviation Camp at Middletown. Davies discussed his service in the British forces and Mesopotamia and transfer to the U S. Nolan hopes to fly soon. A brand-detection contest followed, won by Mr. Heilman with his team.
