The Hershey Chocolate Company operates 183 longitudinal grinding machines, keeping chocolate production at full pace. New temperature controls in the cocoa powder department and ongoing plant improvements underscore its claim as a leading efficiency factory. The firm is busier this year than any prior in its history.
