Jury Rules Mumford Car Hit Reading Merchant
Samuel H. Mumford of Lebanon drove the car that struck Reading shoe merchant Harry M. Albright on March 5 at Hershey. Albright died shortly after. Coroner’s jury ruled the death was caused by the automobile driven by Mumford on the William Penn highway at Hershey, with testimony about the crash and subsequent actions. District Attorney Fox said a preliminary hearing will be scheduled soon.
