First Annual Bird House and Essay Contest Closes April 9
The Hershey Department Store will close entries on Saturday April 9 for the Bird House Building and Essay Contest. A total of 181 girls entered the Essay Contest from Elizabethtown Palmyra Hershey Annville and Hummelstown. In the Bird House contest 161 boys entered from Elizabethtown Hershey Palmyra Annville and Hummelstown. Names list deferred to next week with awards coverage to follow in the Press.
