Paul Weigley Retires After 20 Years at Hershey Community Building
Paul Weigley, longtime maintenance superintendent at the Hershey Community Building, begins full retirement on December 1 just before his 65th birthday. He plans to focus on fishing and will visit daughter Pauline in Monrovia California early in 1955. Weigley, a Lebanon native, started as a machinist and served Hershey in multiple roles since 1919, overseeing installation and maintenance of the building’s machinery. He has five children and thirteen grandchildren, with his wife Sadie having died in 1953.
