Hershey High Band Announces 25th Anniversary Program
Hershey High School Band unveils selections for its twenty fifth anniversary concert in the high school auditorium on Thursday April 12. Director Paul G Fisher says four guest conductors including former band directors will lead pieces with W Paul Campbell supervising music and two student leaders directing other selections. Robert Seltzer will lead This Is My Country after the Star Spangled Banner.

Charley Bolton Praised for Hershey Park Greens Keeping
E C Nigg praised Charley Bolton, superintendent of Hershey Park Golf Course, at the 195? annual Publinx banquet. Bolton, a Hershey fixture since 1933, oversaw 150 acres of greens and fairways as the course prepared to open April 7. He came from Colonial Country Club and is active in golf superintendent associations.

Fire Company Auxiliary Marks 29th Anniversary
The Hershey Volunteer Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary observed its 29th anniversary with a Tom Thumb wedding. Participants included Debbie Deibler and Gale Copenhaver as brides, Lynn Lorenz as flower girl, Barbara Bomgardner and Wilma Bricker as bridesmaids, Stevie Kieffer as best man, and Tommy Zentmyer as minister. New members enrolled were Mrs. Clifford Barnhart, Mrs. Hazel Snyder, Mrs. George Gray, Mrs. Henry Seltzer, Mrs. Ira Hoover, Miss Adelaide Bixler, Mrs. Lester Raymond, and Mrs. Robert Steck, with the program arranged by Mrs. Russell Zentmyer as chairman.

New Pumper Gains Enthusiastic OK From Hershey Firemen
Hershey firemen approve their new Oren pumper with 1000 gallon booster, tested prior to acceptance. The Roanoke made truck costs 19448 and will serve rural and town alarms, delivering 750 gallons per minute with a 300 HP Continental motor and a 1200 watt generator. It carries extensive hose and a deluge nozzle for controlled water curtains and faster access to grass and field fires. Fire truck committee members include Sea vers, Gray, Ginder, Hetrick, Dressler, Fisher, Habecker, Kl ow, Rice, Strine and Raffensberger.
