Chamber officers schedule meeting in New Braunfels
The Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce Inc. Executive Committee will meet at 7 a.m. Tuesday at the Holiday Inn with Dennis Heitkamp of Chase Bank presiding. The newly selected YLNB class of 2001 will begin with an orientation on Monday October 9 for students and parents, followed by an all day retreat at T Bar M on Wednesday October 11. The class of 30 was chosen from three local high schools amid record applications. Chair Dib Waldrip says criteria require at least a B GPA, eighth grade attendance in 10th or 11th, and an interest in community leadership.
