Timlin Boy Killed in Rural Manitowoc County
A 13 year old Jamie Timlin of Rt. 2 Manitowoc county were killed Sunday afternoon when a neighbor accidentally discharged a .22 rifle striking him in the head. Coroner James E. Powers and Dr. Thomas K. Perry attended Memorial hospital Manitowoc where the boy was pronounced dead shortly after 1 p.m. The boy was the son of the late James Timlin and Violet Hartke Timlin. The shooting occurred when a neighborhood companion discharged the rifle and notified his father and authorities.
