Chillicothe Wins Ninth In Brawl At Chillicothe
In the second Chillicothe Henry game, Chillicothe won 1 to 0 in the ninth inning after a hot afternoon crowd of about 600 watched. The match featured late drama and an excursion steamer from Henry. Umpire Blair presided as both sides reached base and errors aided the score, with Henry leaving eight runners on base and Chillicothe eight. The hot sun and a burned amphitheater scarred the scene but excitement remained high until the final play.
