Pineapple Demand Rises As Crop Fails In Region
An article notes fruit crop failures push housewives to buy pineapple for canning and cooking. Dealers report unusually large orders with prices from 76 cents per small fruit to 1.60 per dozen for larger ones. It describes quartering and peeling methods to remove eyes and avoid waste.
Fragmented Orchard Note Sparks Overnight Procedure
A partial excerpt describes preparing a fruit by keeping it overnight and twisting it off at the top. References to juice and peeling suggest a hands on kitchen note or instructions. The readable text is fragmented and lacks clear subjects or outcomes.
Odd Comedic Exchange Involving Dairy And Kitchen Utensils
The fragment shows a humorous dialogue about a cow that has gone dry and a waiter offering odd items. A waiter suggests preparing macaroni and asks for a fork and other tools including an axe and a saw for food items, while a line about Paris telephone girls adds a punchline about listening.
