Undertaker Keller to conduct a double funeral at Hennepin Congregational Church Friday at 10:30. John Henning, 78, born in Ireland, lived in Illinois 50 years, married 61 years, with 11 children, 10 surviving. Jane Orr, born in England, came from Pennsylvania to Illinois, widow of 61 years, 11 children total with one daughter in Oklahoma. Both parents regarded as worthy, their large family well settled in Illinois.

Mrs Pleasant Anderson of Lone Tree Bureau county Illinois, native of West Virginia, passed away after a period of feebleness in old age. She and husband Abram Anderson settled in the area early, raising a large family. Funeral Tuesday at home led by a Baptist minister from Tiskilwa, burial in Putnam cemetery.

Death of Infant Fayelle James Robinson

Reverend Nesbit Undergoes Major Philadelphia Surgery
Rev J P Nesbit, son in law of G M Locke of this city, had a painful serious operation at a Philadelphia hospital the first of the week. Surgeons removed his appendix and a large gall bladder stone, reasoning other stones would accumulate. He recovered from anesthesia and showed signs of rallying.
