Mrs Nicholson Dies in Wisconsin After Short Illness
Mrs Frederick Nicholson nee Jenne Babin Nicholson of Edmonston New Brunswick died in Walworth Wisconsin on February 14 1912 at 730 pm after eight days of pneumonia She was 27 and survived by her husband Dr Fred J Nicholson and son George Treacy born April 23 1911 A funeral was held in Walworth and a second service at the Nicholson home on Market Street Joliet with Episcopal rites.

Supreme Court Refuses Rehearing in Sanitary District Case
The Illinois Supreme Court denied a rehearing in Jones vs Sanitary District of Chicago. Jones had won $6,250 for timber and farm damage and $3,000 in attorney fees, due to overflow from the canal.
