Hendersonville Chooses Public Art Finalists for Main Street
Finalists for two North Main Street art displays were named by the Public Art Steering Committee. For the Sixth and Main fountain three artists from Asheville Boone and Makati City Philippines were selected and for the Seventh and Main gateway three from Greensboro Atlanta and Dekalb Illinois were chosen. City officials will review the designs on October 4 before selecting one artist for each project as part of a 1.4 million downtown streetscape makeover.
