Henderson County inmate dies in jail on 23rd birthday

Henderson County Sheriff's Office says inmate Brandon Chase Cox died after being found unresponsive in his cell and transported to Pardee Hospital where he died on his 23rd birthday. Officials cite no foul play and an autopsy is pending at Bowman Gray.

City Council weighs mill deed to Preservation NC plan
