Henderson County defense lawyers pressed their case in the Justus v Rosner trial as witnesses for Dr Michael Rosner at Park Ridge Hospital defended the neurosurgeon s work and the hospital s vetting and supervision. They argued Pam Justus death stemmed from lifelong medical problems not the 2000 surgery.
