Officers cleared in death of coke fueled suspect
District Attorney Andrew Murray announced officers who restrained Christopher Hensley during a June 15 2022 domestic violence call are not criminally liable for his death. The autopsy cited cocaine and methamphetamine toxicity and a heart condition as contributing factors in a 14 minute struggle ending with Hensley’s death. The SBI findings supported this conclusion and the case was closed.
