Henderson County Nears Contractor for Ecosta Trail
Henderson County expects to sign a contract for the first six mile Ecosta Trail segment later this month after a rebid. The low bid of 9.88 million from Young and McQueen Grading beat a 10.13 million bid from NHM Constructors. County Manager John Mitchell said funds are in place and praised officials and Friends of Ecosta Trail for grants and fundraising.
