MLK inductees praised for four decades of service in Hendersonville
The Hendersonville City Council is set to ratify inductees to the Martin Luther King Jr Memorial Park honor roll. Recipients include Rev. Anthony McMinn and his wife Kim, Ronnie and Roxanna Pepper, and Tom Orr. McMinn leads the Hendersonville Rescue Mission and serves as police chaplain while aiding homeless and mentally ill residents. Tom Orr, longtime teacher and history advocate, writes tributes to local history and chairs the Main Street Advisory Committee. The Pepper couple are active in Head Start, community nonprofits, and mentoring youth, with Ronnie recognized for acting and service and Roxanna for program work with children and families. All have decades of community impact in Hendersonville.
