Southside shopping center to gain Fresh Market Stein Mart and CVS
Plans filed for a major transformation of Southgate shopping center across from Spartanburg Highway. Fresh Market expands by 10,000 square feet and Stein Mart doubles to 29,100 square feet, moving into Rose’s space. A CVS drug store is planned nearby as construction aims to open in fall 2013 and trigger stricter zoning with extensive landscaping and parking improvements.
