Downtown mill site could host a boutique hotel
Hendersonville residents heard that a public private plan could make a downtown hotel at the historic 1915 Grey Hosiery Mill feasible with city financing for the sale and streetscape improvements. The five story, 130 room hotel would include a restaurant and 200 person convention space, linking Main Street with Grove Street.
