Planners back five more Blythe Commons townhomes
Hendersonville Planning Board on Monday recommended approving five additional units at Blythe Commons on Haywood Road and Blythe Street, with a plan to review an architect drawing. The board also urged commercial rezoning for seven acres on Signal Hill Road behind Home Depot and set a Nov. 6 City Council date for both matters.
