County eyes 97 million plan for new Edneyville school and Blue Ridge campus
Henderson County officials prioritized a new Edneyville Elementary and a combined Blue Ridge Community College Career Academy with Balfour Education Center, plus a major Hendersonville High School overhaul. Board chair Ervin Bazzle credited commissioners for past capital spending while noting HHS renovation remains complex. The trio of projects totals about 97 million, with Edneyville Elementary overcrowding driving first priority and other schools slated for more affordable work.
