Flat Rock DOT talks push Kanuga road changes
Three local officials and DOT officials hash out compromises on Kanuga and Highland Lake Road widening. They seek smaller footprints, 11-foot lanes with a turn lane, rollover curb and gutter, and a 10-foot greenway plan to protect the church and minimize wall retaining needs. Public input continues as 2019 right of way and 2021 construction are planned.
