Seven Falls clubhouse rises from ashes into residential rebirth
After 14 years idle, the Seven Falls golf clubhouse on Pleasant Grove Road was sold in 2022 and rezoned from commercial to residential use. New owners Sherri and Rick Holbert plan a three-bedroom home, renovating the 5,500-square-foot building once linked to a stalled Arnold Palmer Academy and a major development collapse. The site adjoins Conserving Carolina land and a greenhouse business, with plans to move in by spring. The project preserves history while giving the former landmark a fresh function.
