No RV park planned as Etowah homeowners rally against rezoning
Etowah residents organize to block a Wilmington based developer's plan for a 343 RV space park on part of a 27 hole golf course along Brickyard Road. They fear lower property values increased traffic noise and light pollution and loss of open space as zoning hear the application. Ward Seguin leads 18 homeowners associations in opposing the project citing adverse community fit and unclear details as the zoning board and technical review committee weigh the plan.
