MRTS funds debated as county considers maintenance needs
County commissioners discussed continuing the MRTS maintenance and two cent property tax levy for BRCC to fund security upgrades and campus projects. They stressed prudent budgeting and plan to revisit funding at the June 5 meeting with options from finance staff. The BRCC president praised past results and urged renewal to sustain growth and workforce programs.
