Neighbors push county to revoke event barn permit
Henderson County residents oppose a Bradley Road event barn in a residential zone. Stan Shelley plans to file a zoning appeal with the Zoning Administrator after the board of adjustment approved the permit in October 2015. He says expert testimony was ignored and seeks a public hearing to challenge the decision while arguing the use harms nearby property values and increases traffic and noise.
