Planners vote no on Ninth Ave. business zoning
Hendersonville Planning Board voted 7-1 to oppose a rezoning request for three Ninth Avenue lots from medium density residential to MIC zoning for medical institutional use. Opponents warned MIC could permit tattoo parlors and other incompatible uses, sending the measure to the City Council for a final decision.
