The Taproom unveils a 20 barrel pilot brewery with 25 brand new recipes. The inaugural brew will be 1979 Stout honoring Ken Grossman, brewed Friday and ready in about three weeks. Tourists and locals anticipate a major Henderson County draw with tours, dining, and nearby attractions.
Tap Room and Restaurant operates from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 9 p.m. Sunday. It seats 400 with patio expansion planned in spring. Beer list features 22 varieties. Sample Monday offerings include pig cheeks, wood fried clams, and a fried chicken and doughnut sandwich with prices of $13, $13, and $12 respectively. Menu changes daily.
