Judge orders Rosner to pay plaintiff 512161 in malpractice case

In a reversal, Superior Court Judge Zoro Guice overturned a Henderson County jur y ruling that erased pain and suffering damages. The trial after six weeks found neurosurgeon Michael Rosner negligent in Pam Justus's 2000 and 2001 surgeries. Justus later died in 2012 at 58, leaving her husband Billy Bruce Justus as plaintiff.
