County OKs 166-unit apartment complex in Naples
Henderson County Commissioners granted a conditional use rezoning for a 166-unit, multi story complex on Naples Road near Asheville Highway. Developer Luis Graef of Coral Springs plans 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units in seven buildings on 10.4 acres with a clubhouse, pool, sidewalks, landscaped parking, existing tree buffer along I 26, and space for an Apple Country Transit shelter. Rents are projected at 1400 for one bedroom 1600 for two bedrooms and 1900 for three bedrooms with about 50 workforce units. The site is designed to resemble Brittany Place in Hendersonville and targets mixed use with multi story options.
