Henderson County moves toward historic landmark designations
Henderson County advances eight proposed landmarks as the historic landmarks ordinance nears county commission approval. The Dunroy home in Flat Rock is the first designation, chosen for its extensive documented history and architecture, with state preservation review ongoing and tax exemptions tying to local designation.
