Judge OKs sale of Mountain Lodge in Flat Rock
The bankruptcy judge approved Historic Flat Rock’s $550,000 bid to acquire Mountain Lodge, a 1827 English style home with 23 acres and multiple outbuildings. The group plans stabilizing and restoring the site, with a caretaker living on site, and a preservation agreement to maintain historic character in perpetuity.
