Village seeks zoning on border in Flat Rock area

Flat Rock leaders push extraterritorial zoning to control several hundred acres along the Green River, including 80 lots in Kenmure and parcels east to west near Mine Gap Road, a horse farm, a 90 acre tract, 39 Kenmure homes, 41 vacant lots, and four large parcels between Kenmure and Lake Falls Road. Mayor Staton cites Pinnacle Mountain Road as a boundary as the planning process begins.
