Developer Luis Graef of Coral Springs Florida seeks a conditional use rezoning to build 166 rental units in seven three and four story buildings on 10.4 acres west of AdventHealth Henderson County. Plans include a clubhouse pool sidewalks landscaping and tree buffer with space for an Apple Country Transit shelter and 1140 daily car trips in a traffic study submitted to NCDOT.
