The Affections of May at Flat Rock Playhouse
Review of The Affections of May directed by Lisa Bryant at Flat Rock Playhouse finds a capable May played by Bryant but hampered by Norm Foster's predictable script. The plot follows May whose husband leaves, prompting her to run a bed and breakfast in Grogan's Cove as town drifter Quinn and bank manager Hank become entwined with her affairs and small town gossip.
