Henderson County will not appeal Davis lawsuit ruling
Henderson County officials say no appeal will be filed after Judge Mark Powell ruled that while personnel records are exempt from disclosure the settlement agreement in a Davis related case is not. The dispute stems from a threatened lawsuit by a former deputy and a $5,000 deductible payment. Davis resigned in November for medical reasons.
