BRCC Named Among 16 NC Colleges for Exceptional Performance
Blue Ridge Community College earned the Exceptional Institutional Performance award for 2011-12 from the North Carolina Community College System. The honor reflects top scores on seven measures including licensure passage rates, transfer outcomes, developmental education success, program completer satisfaction, and industry training responsiveness. President Molly A. Parkhill cited student success and employer-focused training as key, noting BRCC's mission to serve Henderson and Transylvania Counties despite tight resources.
