Groves at Town Center plans rise next to Fletcher Park
Southwood Realty clears approval for The Groves at Town Center, a 168 unit apartment complex on 9.5 acres on Howard Gap Road inside Fletcher city limits. The project includes 1 2 3 bedroom units, a gate a clubhouse garages a pedestrian bridge proposal rejected by town, and a fall 2019 completion target. Local residents voiced traffic flood and park access concerns while the council approved 3 1 with opposition from Eddie Henderson.
