City and developer take first step toward boutique hotel
Hendersonville City Council, in a unanimous vote, moved toward a Belmont Sayre led plan to transform the Grey Hosiery Mill site into a 57 room boutique hotel with event space. An MOU sets deadlines for a PDA, with a $10,000 refundable surety by Belmont Sayre and financing and infrastructure details to be negotiated over six months.
