HAC dedicates affordable housing on N Main St
The Housing Assistance Corp and partners celebrated 17 completed homes for working families and outlined a 78 unit apartment complex plan to address county housing needs at 1818 N Main St in Hendersonville. The mixed income Oklawaha Village features self help homes and sweat equity, with construction to begin this fall and be ready by January 2020, expanding HAC properties to 173 houses and 292 apartments.
