Deputies Shoot Brook After Minivan Collision Fatal Incident

Deputies halted at a damaged minivan as Brook refused hands in the air. a gunfire exchange followed after a shot from inside the vehicle. Deputies observed a gun in Brook’s hand and backed away for a ballistic shield before a second approach found him unresponsive. EMS arrived and pronounced Brook dead. Murray ordered evidence returned to owners and closed the file.
