D A clears deputies who fired at suspect after minivan crash

Henderson County sheriff s deputies were found legally justified in firing at Hayden Brook after he fled a campsite, crashed his minivan, and fired a handgun, with the medical examiner attributing the fatal wound to a self inflicted headshot.
