Hendersonville HHS site plan sparks rezoning ask
Hendersonville plans a new high school with 225000 square feet of construction including classrooms a gym lunchroom and auditorium seating 900. The project adds 225 parking spaces while needing a special use permit and council rezoning from C-3 and A-6 to Planned Institutional Development. A neighborhood compatibility meeting is set for Thursday March 2 at the City Operations Center.
