Baker-Barber collection arrives at Heritage Museum
The Baker-Barber collection of 75 000 images from 1880 to 1990, donated by Jody Baker and held by the Henderson County Public Library, will be showcased at the Heritage Museum. Volunteers led by Ron Partin gather biweekly to examine the photos, zooming in on faces and details to identify people and events from western North Carolina history.
